Rug care instructions

Machine wash the rug on gentle, hang to dry. 

Return Policy

If you ship the rug back to me undamaged I will reimburse you for the cost of the rug but not the shipping fees. 

Custom Order Policy

Since I use 100% recycled fabric I cannot match exact colors in a custom order. I will not refund a custom order based on a color compliant. Dark navy my be used interchangeably with black, etc.
